Thank you for shopping with me! Below you’ll find information about how and where I ship.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Many of my pieces are handmade, so processing times may vary during busy periods. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

I ship from Kansas, USA to all U.S. states.

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Delivery time: Typically 2–7 business days after shipment
  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination

International Shipping

I offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery time: Typically 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout
  • Customs & duties:
    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing delays, which are outside my control.

Packaging & Fragile Items

All ceramic items are carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, I recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

I will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. I am not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
